I follow a user-centered design process that emphasizes research, iteration, and validation. Each project begins with understanding user needs and ends with testing solutions.
User interviews, surveys, competitive analysis
Sketches, concepts, brainstorming
Wireframes, high-fidelity designs
User testing, feedback, iteration
Core principles that guide my design decisions: Unity, Balance, and Clear Distinctions between sections.
Conducted user research to understand what interactive activities people want at events. Survey of 27 respondents revealed key insights:
Based on research findings, developed a concept for an interactive scavenger hunt app for Comic-Con Holland.
Hand-drawn storyboards and room designs for an "Elemental Challenge in the Labyrinth" game concept. These sketches explore different visual approaches and gameplay mechanics.
The sketching phase is crucial for exploring ideas quickly before committing to digital design. These rough concepts helped define the visual language: ancient Greek columns, elemental fire symbols, and mysterious labyrinth aesthetics.
Created realistic testing scenarios to evaluate the scavenger hunt app concept with real users.
Structured interview questions to gather qualitative feedback after user testing sessions.
Real-world testing of concepts at an actual Comic-Con event to observe user behavior in context.
Additional prototype designs and iterations will be added here as they are completed.
